Caitlin's path to becoming a therapist is rooted in her desire to provide comprehensive support to those in need. After spending 10 years in human resources within non-profit and corporate environments, she recognized the growing need for mental health support, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic. This realization inspired her to transition to psychotherapy, where she could offer more holistic and effective assistance.

Free Consultation and Fees
Recognizing that finding the right therapist can be daunting, Caitlin offers a free 15-minute consultation to help determine if she is a good fit for prospective clients. Her goal is to make the process of starting therapy as smooth as possible.
Individual Therapy: $145 for 50-minute sessions.
Sliding Scale: Available on a limited basis for clients facing financial difficulties.
